Is it still called betrayal?

When you disappoint yourself,
When you go back to your vomit,
When your stars don't shine at night,
When your clouds have no silver.

Is it called betrayal,
When you don't know you no more
When your heart no longer trusts your brain, 
When your mind no longer enjoys beauty.

Is it called betrayal when you no longer recognize the person in the mirror,
When you break your promises you made,
When you stab you in the back

If you don't stand up for you
If you don't love you no more
When you just watch people mistreat you
When you don't listen to conscience,
what even is conscience? 

Is it still called betrayal or betrayal doesn’t apply to self?
